ALS Clinic Services

• Diagnostic Services:
  Drs Rivner and Hartmann provide Neuromuscular diagnostic evaluations for ALS and other neuromuscular diseases.  We are committed to doing second opinion ALS evaluation within 1 month.  Our MDA grant will help pay the expense for patients who do not have adequate health insurance.
• EMG and Nerve Conductions:
  We provide all electrodiagnostic services in our highly regarded electrodiagnostic laboratory.
• Nerve and Muscle Ultrasound:
  This is a relatively new non-invasive modality that is useful in diagnosing nerve and muscle diseases
• Botulinum Toxin Therapy for excessive saliva (sialorhea):
  We have decades of experience with botulinum toxin therapy and use Myobloc (rimabotulinumtoxinB) and Botox (onabotulinumtoxinA) to treat sialorhea (excessive salivation) in ALS patients.
• Rehabilitation Services:
  Our skilled Physical and Occupational Therapist understand ALS and provide optimal therapy and other required services.
